Vinyasa + Sculpt Fusion
Our most popular class! Vinyasa Sculpt Fusion is a one hour class that blends the movement of vinyasa with circuit training. For the first half of class, we flow and warm up our muscles. Once we are all warmed up, we grab our weights and build the intensity. This is the perfect class for yogis looking to break a sweat!
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa flow yoga focuses on synchronizing our breath with our movement. Think of it as a moving meditation where poses flow seamlessly from one to the next. Become stronger, more balanced and more flexible, while practicing staying in the present moment.
Deep Stretch Flow
The ideal class when your body needs a little TLC, but you’re also looking to cultivate heat within your body. In this slower paced yoga class, we focus on breathing deeply for longer periods in poses that predominantly target the legs, back and hips, where we store the majority of our emotions and stress. Stretch your body out, and connect with yourself on a deeper level.
Power Yoga
Our Power Yoga class is a full body workout that is more fitness-based than a typical vinyasa flow class. In this class, you will create internal heat, build strength, increase stamina, and develop flexibility. Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat!
